Welcome to Hire Intelligence! We are looking for someone with experience working at a job board or a recruitment marketing agency. You will be managing programmatic recruitment marketing delivery and analytics.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs within the company and providing support to help them achieve their goals.


The job is fully remote and you will be part of an experienced global Customer Success team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
  • Monitor customer usage data and feedback to identify trends and proactively address any potential issues
  • Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide ongoing training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services

Key Qualifications:

- Experience in recruitment marketing industry

  • Proven experience in customer service or account management

    - Ability to create reports for customers and to optimise campaigns

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address customer needs
  • Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, Hubspot software and other customer success tools
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Senior .Net Developer

£70000.00 - 90000.00 per year

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our IT department and build functional applications and websites.

Senior .NET Developer responsibilities include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications and configuring existing systems.

Ultimately, you’ll use your expertise in the .NET framework and SQL Server to help us design and develop deploy high-quality applications.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
  • Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages
  • Develop technical specifications and architecture
  • Test and debug various .NET applications
  • Review and refactor code
  • Deploy fully functional applications
  • Upgrade existing programs
  • Support junior developers’ work
  • Document development and operational procedures


Requirements and skills

  • 8 years+ Work experience as a .NET Developer
  • Proficiency in building web-based applications
  • In-depth knowledge .Net and SQL Server
  • Lucene, Solr, AI experience would be beneficial
  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Good communication skills
